Terms and Conditions of Membership at Tough Glove Ltd
1. General Membership Rules
- All members must comply with the rules and regulations of the gym as outlined by the management.
- Members must respect the facilities, equipment, and other members at all times.
- The management reserves the right to refuse or terminate membership at their discretion.
2. Membership Fees and Payment
- Membership fees are to be paid on a monthly basis and are non-refundable.
- Any outstanding fees must be settled before access to the gym is allowed.
- Members must notify management and request termination of membership at least 1 week before the end of the billing cycle to prevent further billing.
- Management cannot refund payments mid billing cycle and therefore must be notified in advance of termination.
- Memberships can be frozen for a period totalling to 2 weeks annually in the case of members sickness or holidays.
- Tough Glove's goal is to keep you fit and healthy through a sustained training regimen. Unused credits cannot be carried over to the following month. Members can use their credits by bringing a friend or can change to a lower credit membership to avoid generating unused credits.
- The management reserves the right to adjust membership fees with prior notice.
3. Access and Hours of Operation
- Booking cancellation time is 2 hours before the class commences.
- Members will have access to the gym during operating hours only.
- The management reserves the right to change the operating hours with prior notice.
- Members must book in upon arrival and abide by any gym access policies.
4. Personal Belongings
- The gym is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.
5. Code of Conduct
- All members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner at all times.
- Any behaviour deemed inappropriate or disruptive may result in termination of membership.
- Physical altercations or aggressive behaviour will not be tolerated.
6. Health and Safety
- Members are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit to participate in boxing activities.
- It is recommended to consult with a physician before starting any new exercise regimen.
- Members must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by trainers.
- Members must keep the changing and shower area clean and not leave belongings behind.
- The gym and it’s staff are not liable for any injuries, including slips and falls, that may occur due to wet surfaces in the shower area. Members use showers at their own risk.
7. Liability Waiver
- By signing up for membership, members acknowledge and accept any risks associated with boxing and gym equipment, and agree to waive any liability against the gym and its staff.

Tough Glove Kids and Teens Policy:
1. Age Restrictions: Participants in kids and teen programs must be within the specified age range (Kids: 8-12 / Teens: 13-17). Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child's eligibility.
2. Supervision: All children and teens must be supervised by a parent or guardian while in the gym, unless they are enrolled in a supervised class.
3. Parental Consent: A signed parental consent form is required for all minors participating in boxing classes or activities.
4. Behavioural Expectations: Members are expected to display good sportsmanship and respect towards coaches, staff, and fellow participants. Disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or expulsion from the gym.
5. Equipment: Children and teens must use age-appropriate equipment and protective gear. Our staff will advise on the appropriate gear required for training.
6. Health and Safety: Parents are responsible for informing the gym staff of any medical conditions or special needs their child may have.
7. Liability Waiver: A liability waiver must be signed by a parent or guardian prior to participation in any classes or activities.
